- The employees of the
North Little Rock School District constitute
the most important resource for providing a
quality educational program for the students
of the community. Recognizing this, it is
the goal of the Office of Administration and
Personnel to provide the following:
- To actively recruit
the very best applicants possible to
fill vacancies created by those teachers
leaving their positions with the
District. We look for those teachers who
are not only able to provide continuity
to the efforts of the District, but also
can bring new and innovative ideas to
our present teaching staff.
- To allocate the human
resources of the District in a manner in
which it makes the greatest contribution
to the instructional program.
- To provide programs
of staff development that are designed
to contribute to the improvement of the
learning program and to each staff
member’s career development.
- To promote a team
approach to education including staff
involvement in program planning,
implementation, and evaluation.
